Welcome to the CKGRP Ban Appeals page. If you’ve been banned from our community or one of our affiliated servers (CKRP, Ridgewood, etc.), this is where you can submit a formal appeal to request a review of your case. We believe in fairness, second chances, and giving players the opportunity to explain their side of the story — but there are a few things you need to know before submitting.
📌 Why Was I Banned?
Players may be banned for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to:
Breaking server rules (e.g., VDM, RDM, FailRP)
Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior
Exploiting bugs or using scripts
Lying to staff or evading punishment
Spamming or advertising
Inappropriate usernames or display behavior
If you're unsure why you were banned, we recommend checking your Discord DMs or ban message for details before appealing.
📝 How the Appeal Process Works
You Submit an Appeal
You'll need to fill out our Ban Appeal Form in full. Include your Roblox username, Discord tag, the date of your ban, and a detailed explanation of what happened.
Staff Review
Our moderation team will review your appeal. This may involve checking logs, speaking with involved staff members, and reviewing any past warnings or disciplinary actions.
Response Within 3–7 Days
You will receive a response within 3 to 7 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you. Please don’t spam DMs or server chats asking for status updates — it will delay your appeal.
Final Decision
Appeals are reviewed seriously, but the staff decision is final. If accepted, you'll be unbanned with possible restrictions. If denied, you'll need to wait before submitting again.
❗ Important Rules Before Appealing
Do not lie in your appeal. We have logs.
Do not submit multiple appeals for the same ban. One is enough.
Do not DM staff asking for favors — it could result in a longer ban.
Do not appeal on behalf of someone else. Each player must submit their own.
✅ Good Appeal Examples
A good appeal shows honesty, understanding, and willingness to improve. For example:
“I was banned for RDM. I now understand that what I did was against the rules. I was new to roleplay servers and didn’t fully understand how it worked. I’ve since read the rules and won’t make the same mistake again.”
This kind of response shows reflection, responsibility, and maturity — which increases your chances of being unbanned.
❌ Bad Appeal Examples
Avoid things like:
“Unban me I did nothing.”
“My brother did it.”
“This server sucks anyway.”“I didn’t even know I was banned.”
These types of responses are usually rejected right away.
