This role combines leadership, support, and strategic decision-making, making the Co-Owner a vital part of the server’s success — both technically and socially.

The Staff Coordinator is responsible for managing, organizing, and supporting the staff team. This role ensures that all moderators, admins, and support members are working efficiently, following guidelines, and communicating well. The Staff Coordinator acts as the bridge between server leadership and the staff team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Co-Proprietor is a high-ranking leadership role that works closely with the Owner and Co-Owner to help manage the structure, community, and vision of the server. While they may not have the highest authority, Co-Proprietors play a major role in strategic decisions, staff oversight, and community operations.

The Community Leader plays a vital role in shaping the culture, activity, and day-to-day atmosphere of the server. While not always a technical or administrative position, Community Leaders act as bridge-builders between staff and players — promoting engagement, positivity, and inclusivity across the community.

The Server Handler is a key staff role responsible for keeping the server’s technical setup, organization, and functionality running smoothly. They may not lead the server, but they are the behind-the-scenes operator who ensures everything is working as it should — from channels and roles to bots and permissions.

The Community Handler is the bridge between the staff team and the players. They focus on building a strong, positive environment within the server by supporting members, answering questions, resolving basic conflicts, and making sure the community feels heard and respected.
